The Fund Governance Boardroom Panel is a brand name for a professional services panel of Independent Certified Investment Fund Directors. Independent directorial and governance services are offered within various fund jurisdictions to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), UCITS, traditional Investment Funds, Management Companies (e.g. AIFMs, MANCos) and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
The panel is comprised of seasoned and experienced Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs) who have previously worked at senior levels within large financial services companies and investment firms and are all Certified Investment Fund Directors.
The current panel of Directors can be viewed in the About Us page and a relevant Director can be contacted directly at governance@fgbpanel.com for a further discussion about your governance requirements. A brochure may also be downloaded from the Downloads section. Directors offer directorial services in a personal capacity and each panel director trades independently of each other.
