The Fund Governance Boardroom Panel specialises in the provision of Independent Non-Executive Directors to the Investment Funds industry and to Special Purpose Vehicles. It was founded in response to the increasing governance requirements within the industry. Investors are demanding the highest standards of Fund governance and that they are represented by Directors who have relevant industry experience.
