Central Bank of Ireland CP 120

The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) recently issued Consultation Paper CP 120 on Corporate Governance Requirements for Investment Firms and Market Operators. This paper reflects the final provisions of the MiFID II directive and the new MiFIR regulations, both effective from 3rd January 2018 and reflects the joint EBA and ESMA Guidelines dated September 2017.
