Central Bank publishes updates to its Funds Authorisation processes

On 19 May 2022, the Central Bank advised that it has updated the Funds Authorisations and Funds Service Providers sections of its website to include: (i) a dedicated section of the website with information on the derogation request process for UCITS and RIAIFs/QIAIFs; (ii) guidance on how investment managers, investment advisers and non-EU AIFMs are reviewed by the Central Bank; and (iii) a new section containing email addresses for the different types of queries typically submitted to the Central Bank.
