Central Bank of Ireland Publishes Third Consultation on CP86

On June 2nd 2016, the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) published its Third Consultation Paper related to CP86. The document is entitled “Consultation on Fund Management Company Effectiveness - Managerial Functions, Operational Issues and Procedural Matters”.
