SFDR RTS - Nuclear and Gas disclosures !

The Central Bank of Ireland has today published details of the process to update UCITS and AIF pre-contractual documents arising from the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/363 which incorporates nuclear and gas disclosures into the SFDR RTS. The Delegated Regulation was published in the Official Journal on Friday 17th February 2023 and is effective from today (20 February).
